HONESDALE, PA — Wayne Memorial Hospital is moving its COVID-19 testing capabilities from the Wayne County Fairgrounds to the hospital at 601 Park Street, Honesdale. The last day at the Fairgrounds will be Friday, October 16.
The relocation is due primarily to the expected onset of winter and the lack of sufficient long-term heating in the mobile van, which will be shut down.

Patients with prescriptions for COVID-19 testing may present at the hospital starting Monday, October 19. They will be directed to a safe private room appropriate for this kind of testing.
