On Wednesday afternoon, March 4, 2020, Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested an Andes man on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana in the Second Degree.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged 46-Year-Old Cristian T. Demeo, of Andes, NY, at the conclusion of their investigation of a reported domestic incident in the Town of Andes on February 19, 2020. Demeo is accused of possessing and smoking marihuana in the presence of children less than seventeen years old.
Demeo was issued an appearance ticket and directed to appear in the Andes Town Court on a later date to answer the charges.
